Vikram Vedha is an upcoming Hindi neo-noir action thriller film written and directed by filmmaking duo Pushkar and Gayathri. The film is the official remake of their own 2017 Tamil film of the same name. It has been jointly bankrolled under the banners of YNOT Studios, Friday Filmworks, T-Series Films, Reliance Entertainment and Jio Studios. The film will star stars Saif Ali Khan and Hrithik Roshan in the eponymous roles respectively with Radhika Apte, Rohit Saraf and Yogita Bihani in pivotal roles.

The makers of the film recently released a special glimpse into the making of the film. Titled 'Vikram In Action', it features snippets of Saif Ali Khan getting ready and finally in action as Vikram. We get a look at the making of his strength that lies in his righteous personality. A cop who knows what is good and what is bad. The filmmaking duo Pushkar and Gayathri took to their joint Twitter handle and shared this video along with a caption that read, "His strength lies in his righteous personality. A cop who knows what's good and what's bad. Here's #SaifAliKhan as #Vikram #VikramVedha releases worldwide in cinemas on 30th September 2022."

The film's plot will be about Vikram, who is an honest police inspector, seeking to apprehend Vedha, a dreaded gangster. But when Vedha voluntarily surrenders himself to the police, Vikram's life goes astray and his perception of good and evil begins to waver when Vedha narrates three stories to him. The film is a modern day adaptation of the classic folktale with the characterization of King Vikramadithyan and the celestial spirit Vedhalam. 

Vikram Vedha has been scheduled for a grand worldwide theatrical release on 30 September 2022.
