Injuries seem to be following Vishnu Vishal for quite some time now. His most recent was when he suffered from a neck injury while shooting for an action sequence in his upcoming movie Kaadan, directed by Prabu Solomon. On 28th Jan, 2019, Vishnu posted about his injury on Twitter and revealed that he had to undergo 4 weeks of rest and treatment as he had injured a disc in the spine near his neck area.

Now, we have an update that Vishnu has opted to undergo Varmam treatment for setting his injury straight. In a latest tweet, Vishnu posted regarding this. He mentioned that he was about 50% better but was still undergoing treatment to get completely alright. Vishnu Vishal's upcoming movie Jagajala Killadi, directed by Ezhil, is also nearing completion.

Kaadan is a trilingual movie, which also stars Rana Daggubati, Pulkrit Samrat, Zoya Hussain and Shriya Pilgaonkar. This movie has been titled as Haathi Mere Saathi in Hindi and Aranya in Telugu. It deals with the relationship between man and elephant.
