The COVID-19 Corona Virus is sweeping the world and has already been declared a pandemic. Most of the affected countries have gone into lockdown mode and have literally come to a standstill. The virus does not differentiate between the rich and the poor nor a celebrity and a common man; it affects everybody irrespective of who they are. It has just come to light that popular Hollywood actress Sophia Myles has lost her father to this deadly virus. Sophia herself took to Twitter to reveal this news to the world.

Sophia posted in a tweet that her father Peter Myles was no more and that it was the Corona Virus that took him. She had earlier revealed that he had been afflicted by the virus and had also shared a further update with a photo of herself, her father and her brother. It is really unfortunate that Peter Myles succumbed to the Corona Virus, despite receiving treatment. Sophia Myles has acted in a number of movies including Dracula, Underworld, Outlander and Transformers: Age of Extinction! She is also very popular for playing Madame de Pompadour on the hit TV show Doctor Who!

We pray for Sophie's father's soul to rest in peace and extend our heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family.
