Leading actress Mrunal Thakur's name began trending on social media after there were reports claiming that she would be getting married soon to a Telugu actor. Known best among Tamil cinema audiences for playing the female lead in the Telugu blockbuster Sita Ramam (2022) opposite Malayalam superstar Dulquer Salmaan, the popular actress has now dismissed the rumors that she will be tying the knot by taking to her Instagram Stories on Friday evening, November 3. Sharing a video, Mrunal said, "Hi, I'm so sorry to break your hearts guys. To all the stylists, designers, and my friends and my family, who have been calling me constantly for the past 1 hour when they got to know that I am getting married to some Telugu boy. Umm, I also want to know who this boy is, at first place."
Continuing to address the wedding rumors, Mrunal added, "And secondly, sorry. I am so sorry. Ye galat affaah hai kyunki muje sirf blessing mili thi ki... (This is a rumor because I just got a blessing that...) It's so funny I can't even express how funny this rumor is. But, having said that, I just couldn't control. Hogi shaadi jaldi. Rumors of Murnal's marriage started trending on social media after Telugu producer Allu Aravind presented her an award at a recent event and expressed his hope for her to find a husband and get settled in Hyderabad.
