Naane Varuvean is an upcoming Tamil film written and directed by Selvaraghavan. Produced by Kalaipuli S. Thanu under the banner of V Creations, the film will star Dhanush and Elli AvrRam in the lead roles with Selvaraghavan, Yogi Babu and Indhuja Ravichandran in prominent roles. Dhanush will be seen playing a dual role in the film, one, as the protagonist and other, as the antagonist. 

The makers of the film have gradually released various posters for the film. It was recently announce that the teaser of this highly anticipated film will be released tomorrow (September 15). In order to keep the fans and followers right on track, a new glimpse was released in order to keep them on high alert on this matter. Director Selvaraghavan took to his official Twitter handle and shared this glimpse announcing that the teaser of Naane Varuvean will release at 6.40 PM. Along with this, he also attached a caption that read, "From tomorrow ! #NaaneVaruvean ". Check it out: 

This movie will mark the reunion of brothers Selvaraghavan and Dhanush after 11 long years as they last worked together on the 2011 psychological drama film Mayakkam Enna. Naane Varuvean's music is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja while cinematography is handled by Om Prakash and editing is done by Prasanna GK. The film is expected to release theatrically sometime in the month of September. 

Meanwhile, on the work front, Dhanush was last seen in Thiruchitrambalam which was critically and commercially acclaimed among fans and critics alike as well as the general public. He will next be seen in the Tamil-Telugu bilingual film Vaathi (Sir) in Tamil and will be seen in Arun Matheswaran's Captain Miller which is expected to go on floors soon.
