Popular Tamil actors Ashok Selvan and Keerthi Pandian tied the knot in an intimate traditional ceremony in Tirunelveli on Wednesday, September 13. They exchanged their wedding vows in the presence of their family members and close friends and shared their first official marriage photos from the celebrations. The couple chose a Tamil-themed wedding and a decor filled with white flowers and green plants, with the pictures showing the couple in traditional Kerala attire. While the Ashok is seen looking dashing in a white shirt and mundu along with a silk shawl, Keerthi is at her gorgeous best in a white and cream-colored golden saree, which she complemented with a gajra and gold jewelry.

Sharing their wedding photos on X, both Ashok Selvan and Keerthi Pandian wrote in Tamil, "செம்புலப் பெயல் நீர் போல அன்புடை நெஞ்சம் தாம் கலந்தனவே." (Translation: "Like red water, My heart is mixed with love") The ceremony began this morning with the muhurtham between 6-7 a.m., following which the wedding took place at 8 a.m. at the Sethu Ammal Farm. A feast was also served to the guests at Ashok and Keerthi's wedding ceremony, with the couple set to host a grand reception in Chennai soon, which will see celebrities from the Tamil film fraternity grace the joyful occasion.

The couple has worked together in the upcoming film, Blue Star, which is currently in the post-production stages. As for their individual projects, Ashok Selvan recently tasted massive success with Por Thozhil co-starring Sarathkumar and is currently awaiting the release of Saba Nayagan. Keerthi Pandian, on the other hand, whose last release was Anbirkiniyal, will be seen next in Konjam Pesinaal Yenna.
