Arulnithi's D Block is all set for its theatrical release tomorrow (July 1) and the film will have a grand release across the state through the banner of Sakthi Film Factory. D Block is directed by Vijay Kumar Rajendran who is more popularly known as 'Eruma Saani' Vijay. After leaving a mark with his funny and interesting YouTube videos, Vijay has ventured into the cinema space with D Block and the fans are eagerly looking forward to witnessing the film. Ahead of the release, the makers have now released a video that compiles all the promos of the film and it manages to pique our curiosity.

From the visuals that we see, it looks like D Block will be an intriguing mystery thriller set inside a college campus. The promos have a mix of thrill, romance, fun, and other elements, and it looks like this film appeal well with the youth audiences. Produced by Aravinnd Singh under the banner of MNM Films, the film features Avantika of Enna Solla Pogirai fame playing the female lead, while the supporting cast includes the likes of Charandeep, Thalaivasal Vijay, Ramesh Khanna, Uma Riyaz, Vijay Kumar, Rajendran, Adithya Kathihr, and others.

Aravinnd Singh has handled the cinematography of this flick that has editing by Ganesh Siva and music composed by Ron Ethan Yohann of Maya and Game Over fame. Arulnithi is known for his wise selection of scripts and let us hope that the streak continues with D Block as well. After D Block, Arulnithi has two other films getting ready for its release - Deja Vu and Diary. Deja Vu is an investigative mystery thriller that is helmed by debutant Arvindh S. Deja Vu is slated to release on July 21. Diary is also a mystery thriller which is planned to hit the screens in August. Diary is directed by Innasi Pandiyan, a former associate of Ajay Gnanamuthu.
