Vidyullekha Raman, more fondly known as Vidyu Raman, is the daughter of veteran Tamil actor Mohan Raman. She made her silver screen debut as an actor with Gautham Vasudev Menon's romantic drama, Neethane En Ponvasantham. Vidyu's performance in the Jiiva - Samantha starrer received positive reviews and it gave the right kind of start for the actress. Following NEP, she acted in comedy roles in films like Theeya Velai Seiyyanum Kumaru, Jilla, Veeram, Kaaki Sattai, Puli, Vedalam, Masss, Inimey Ippadithaan, Vasuvum Saravananum Onna Padichavanga, Power Paandi, etc. Vidyu also got to act in a lot of notable Telugu films including Ramayya Vasthavayya, Run Raja Run, Sarrainodu, Duvvada Jagannadham, Ninnu Kori, Anando Brahma, Raju Gari Gadhi 2, Bhaagamathie, Tholi Prema, Krishnarjuna Yudham, Chi La Sow, Srinivasa Kalyanam, Savyasachi, Maharshi, Arjun Suravaram, Venky Mama, Mathu Vadalara and more.

There is a good news from Vidyu's personal front. Yes! The talented actress recently got engaged and is all set to enter wedlock very soon. Vidyullekha got engaged to Sanjay, a fitness trainer on August 26 and the engagement happened in the presence of family members and close friends due to the Covid 19 restrictions. Details regarding the wedding are yet to be known. Vidyu and Sanjay have been in a relationship since March 2019 and it was taken to the next phase recently.

Sharing the good news on her official Instagram page, Vidyu wrote, “We got Roka-Ed! @lowcarb.india & I had our Roka Ceremony (formal announcement) on 26.08.2020 in an intimate manner with close family around us. It was our lil’ ray of sunshine & we couldn’t be more grateful for the love we received. We wore masks & removed them for the pictures (before anyone asks!) Thank you all so much for showering us with your best wishes! The best is yet to come. 🙏🏼♥️🥰🧿”.

Vidyu Raman shared the Roka ceremony pictures on her official page and the pictures have been doing great rounds on social media. It can be noted that Vidyu recently took everyone by surprise with her weight loss transformation and it looks like her fiance, Sanjay is an instrumental reason for that.
