The Bollywood film, Pink, starring Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu, released in 2016, received a thumping response from fans after which it was remade last year in Tamil under the title, Nerkonda Paarvai, with 'Thala' Ajith and Shraddha Srinath playing the lead roles under H. Vinoth's direction and produced by Boney Kapoor's Bayview Projects LLP banner. Post the success of Nerkonda Paarvai, a Telugu remake with 'Power Star' Pawan Kalyan was subsequently announced under director Sriram Venu of MCA and Oh My Friend fame with the venture's title revealed to be as Vakeel Saab, earlier this week.

Apart from Pawan Kalyan, the film will feature actresses Nivetha Thomas, and Anjali reprising the roles of Taapsee Pannu and Kirti Kulhari from Pink and Shraddha Srinath and Abhirami Venkatachalam from Nerkonda Paarvai while Andrea Tariang's character in both versions will be portrayed by Ananya Nagalla. Gearing up for a theatrical release, promotions for Pawan Kalyan's Vakeel Saab have kicked off with the first look featuring Telugu cinema's 'Power Star' receiving a thunderous response among the superstar's ardent fan following.

A joint collaboration between producer Dil Raju's Sri Venkateshwara Creations and Boney Kapoor's Bayview Projects LLP banners, the next leg of promotions for Vakeel Saab are now underway with the makers dropping a massive announcement saying the first single track titled 'Maguva Maguva' will be released on the occasion on International Women's Day on March 8 at 10AM. A promo for the 'Maguva Maguva' song from Vakeel Saab has now been officially released online and includes the message, "celebrating the spirit of womanhood" with the track composed by Thaman. S featuring vocals of Sid Sriram and lyrics penned by Ramajogayya Sastry being highly anticipated by fans.
