Harish Kalyan fits in well as a lover boy in Pyaar Prema Kaadhal and has given a neat subtle performance. Raiza Wilson looks beautiful, and she has also done well in a bold urban girl role. The chemistry between the lead pair is kind of cute and holds the show very well. Munishkanth has rocked in the first with his love ideas and hilarious situational counters.
Elan’s script is trendy and semi-realistic in Pyaar Prema Kaadhal, yet convincing as a full-fledged elite romance subject. The screenplay is made in a way to engage all kind of audience, especially the youth. Dialogues enrich the mood and the ones based on the protagonist's innocence are fun. The flow is completely engaging through the dialogues between Sree and Sindhuja. The direction is good in the film Pyaar Prema Kaadhal, the youngster has transformed the youthful feel rightly through the movie.
Yuvan Shankar Raja’s songs are the backbone of this sweet film. songs are soulful and give a breezy feeling. His background score is superlative, easily elevates the situation through music. He has done a good job as a first time producer, he has made sure the quality is not compromised at any area.
Technically, the movie Pyaar Prema Kaadhal get things at perfect scale. Raja Bhattacharjee’s camera work is classy and improves the visual experience. S.Manikumaran’s editing is straightforward and the cuts are also clear. Art direction is attractive as the sets have been erected in a colorful way.
But on the downside, the length of the movie Pyaar Prema Kaadhal could have been crisper and the latter half can be boring at parts for the non-youth audience and some portions could have been definitely trimmed keeping the respective audience in mind. And song placement could have been better too.
Verdict: A fun-filled and romantic emotional ride for the youth.
