Son of composer Ilaiyaraaja, the versatile music composer Yuvan Shankar Raja is known for his use of Western music elements and often credited with having introduced hip hop to the Tamil film and music industry. He has made a name for himself within a span of 25 years by working in over 100 films. 

By garnering such an immense success, the esteemed composer has been performing in concerts all over the world in order to cater to his worldwide audience. In a fortunate turn of events, Yuvan will be performing his first concert in Chennai in a very long time. Yuvan took to his official Twitter handle to make this grand announcement.
