Veteran actor Y Gee Mahendran's daughter Madhuvanti Arun, who is a well-known name among theatre circle, is all set to make her on-screen debut in Vijay Sethupathi's Dharmadurai--directed by Seenuramasamy. Madhuvanti will be seen as a cop in this rural drama. "My portion is in the flashback portions of the film and although it is a short sequence, my character is a turning point in the life of the hero," she was quoted saying. She will also be seen in Arya's next which is directed by Ragava of Manjapai fame.
