The upcoming action drama, Maharishi, happens to be the 25th film in Mahesh Babu's career and has been directed by Vamsi Paidipally of Karthi’s Thozha fame. The film also stars Pooja Hedge as the female lead with Allari Naresh, Meenakshi Dixit, Sonal Chauhan, Jagapathi Babu, Rajendra Prasad among others in major supporting roles.
Hitting screens on May 9, Maharishi has been produced by Sri Venkateswara Creations in association with Vyjayanthi Movies and PVP Cinema with music composed by Devi Sri Prasad. The hype surrounding the Mahesh Babu film has been massive among fans and the announcement of the first teaser getting launched on the festive occasion of Ugadi created huge excitement.
