Kamal Haasan's Vishwaroopam lost out to Gyan Correa's debut Gujarati movie The Good Road, as India's official entry at next year's Oscars in the Best Foreign Film category. Bollywood films The Lunchbox, Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, English Vinglish and Malayalam film Celluloid were the other strong contenders.
The film stars Sonali Kulkarni, Ajay Gehi and Keval Katrodia. Produced by National Film Development Corporation (NFDC), the film narrates the story of a seven-year-old child, who loses his way in the desert.
