The trailer launch for Nayanthara’s Kolaiyuthir Kaalam had taken place on Saturday (23.03.2019), which saw many names from the film industry grace the occasion.

That said, the event took a deviation when veteran actor Radha Ravi went on to speak inappropriately about Kolaiyuthir Kaalam’s lead star, Nayanthara, which can be seen below:

Radha Ravi’s statements have led to a barrage of criticism and condemnation from leading celebrities in the film industry among whom Nadigar Sangam General Secretary and Tamil Film Producers Council President Vishal took to his Twitter page to lash out against the senior actor telling him to call himself as just Ravi as he has a woman’s name in his name.

Apart from Vishal, KJR Studios, the makers of Nayanthara’s Airaa releasing this week too issued a strong condemnation against Radha Ravi saying they will not be casting him in any film from their production banner while also advising others in the industry to not include him in their projects either.
