Famous action hero Vishal has several intriguing projects in his pipeline that include the upcoming action-packed film Laththi, his debut directorial Thupparivalan 2 as well as the pan-Indian movie titled Mark Antony. The highly anticipated film Laththi is helmed by debutant director A. Vinod Kumar and produced by Ramana and Nandaa's banner RANA Productions.

The movie was long in the making and we are slowly but steadily nearing its complete form. The cast and crew have already wrapped up shooting the film and are now moving into the dubbing phase of the project. This comes as a piece of good news as now the wait for the film is getting lesser and lesser with each passing day and with each new update that comes along with it.

Director Vinod has come forward as a solid testament that the film is in fact going through rigorous production in order to speed up the production process. He took to his official Twitter handle to announce that the film is currently in the dubbing phase. Sharing images of a poster and a pooja ceremony held before the start of dubbing sessions, he also attached a caption to this that read, "@actorvishalofficial #Laththi dubbing started today in Chennai with an auspicious pooja. #LaththiDubbing #LaththiCharge #ChapterOfEnmity", followed by a series of tags of all the key players involved in the project.

This upcoming pan-Indian movie Laththi will be made available to watch in five languages upon its release: Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam. Sunainaa has been roped in to play the female opposite Vishal in this film. This will be the duo's second time sharing the screen with one another after working together nearly nine years ago in the 2013 film Samar. This survival thriller will see Vishal take on the role of that of a police constable. Yuvan Shankar Raja is scoring music for a Vishal movie for the 12th time with Laththi, while the cinematography is handled by Balasubramanian, Dhilip Subbarayan has handled stunt sequences.
