Vijay teams up with this legend after six years for next film - check out who it is!

A film that has created massive curiosity right from the moment it went on floors in early October, Thalapathy 64, is Vijay’s next after his recent blockbuster, Bigil, and is being directed by Kaithi fame Lokesh Kanagaraj. Being billed to be an intense and gritty action thriller, Thalapathy 64 already includes a massive star cast among whom ‘Makkal Selvan’ Vijay Sethupathi’s coming on board has left fans everywhere curious.

Now, it has been revealed that veteran actor Nassar is also part of Thalapathy 64 and will be working in a Vijay film after a gap of nearly six years. Nassar was last seen in a major supporting role in Vijay’s Thalaivaa, which came out in 2013. Pictures of the legendary actor from the Thalapathy 64 shooting spot are going viral across social networking forums leaving many excited. 

Thalapathy 64 is in its third schedule currently at the Shimoga district in Karnataka with videos and photos of Vijay on social networking forums going viral on an everyday basis. Malavika Mohanan plays the female lead with Shanthanu Bhagyaraj and Kaithi villain Arjun Das being cast in major starring roles. Being produced by Vijay’s relative, Xavier Britto, under the XB Film Creators banner, Anirudh Ravichander is scoring music for the film, which has been announced for a summer 2020 release and is already carrying sky-high expectations due to its scale, cast and highly-skilled crew.
