This is not the first time he has turned singer. Vijay Sethupathi has already done some interesting songs in movies such as Orange Mittai and Hello Naan Pei Pesugiren. Ippadai Vellum stars Udhayanidhi Stalin and Manjima Mohan and is directed by Gaurav Narayanan.
