In the exclusive interview with Galatta Ritz, when asked about what was the weirdest food that the director Vignesh Shivan has ever had, He said “Initially, it was sushi, but now, I have began to like sushi. At first, I did not like it at all. So, it wasn't all that great for me. Now, I enjoy it. I am not very comfortable with Wasabi. Without that, I like sushi." Who is the bigger foodie, Vikki or Nayan?, The director instantly said “Nayan”. When asked What is their go to food spot in Chennai as a couple, He said “Erode Amman Mess, because the food is mind-blowing” He also opened up that he likes Japan Chicken at the restaurant. Talking about his morning ritual, The director said he goes to sleep in the morning. When asked to choose who he would choose for a little brunching and more talking, the actor said "I would choose Gautham Vasudev Menon, sir." A dreamy dinner with someone other than Nayanthara?, Vignesh Shivan said "Margot Robbie but when asked from Indian cinema the actor thought for a few seconds and said Rani Mukerji."
When asked about Vignesh Shivan's favourite food that Nayan mam cooks, The director said, “Chicken curry, She makes nice cakes, I love the cakes that she makes, Chicken Curry is her forte”. When asked about his guilty pleasure he said it's YouTube. As the achor asked what his recent obsession was?, He said it's his babies. When asked about his go-to comfort song, he said “Anirudh songs, AR Rahman songs and Ilayaraja songs but recently I like When Chai Meets Toast, Prateek Kuhad and Ritviz". When asked about the best thing about being in a movie set, Vignesh Shivan said "being a director and acting like you know everything. It's like everyone is trusting you. you are trusting yourself. But then only after something happens you will known if it's right or wrong".
