This latest statement from M. Shenbagamoorthy will no doubt add to the huge excitement surrounding Viduthalai as the film is Vetri Maaran's first big theatrical release after Asuran, which came out nearly four years back in 2019. The interest among fans for Tamil cinema's leading director's films have been huge over the years and his latest outing has been packing in a lot of expectations right from the get-go. Viduthalai has also created a lot of buzz as it also marks comedy actor Soori's debut as a hero in the role of a police constable and the visuals shown so far of him going the extra mile by jumping into action from one rooftop to the other has already garnered him immense praise for his massive dedication towards his role. 'Makkal Selvan' Vijay Sethupathi, who will be seen as a rebel leader, is set to be a powerful presence in the film and fans look forward to yet another passionate and dynamic performance from him.
With M. Shenbagamoorthy showering praises on Viduthalai: Part 1 already, fans will now be looking forward to witnessing Vetri Maaran's magic in story-telling once again and also go in with a lot of eagerness for how the film will end and lead into the second installment, which as well will likely be coming out during the latter part of the year. The film produced by Elred Kumar's RS Infotainment is being distributed across Tamil Nadu by Red Giant Movies and features music by 'Isaignani' Ilaiyaraaja and he has collaborated with Vetri Maaran for the first time, which as well has raised the enthusiasm among fans after the songs received a positive feedback. Viduthalai also stars filmmakers Gautham Menon and Rajiv Menon, while composer-actor G. V. Prakash Kumar's sister and A. R. Rahman's niece Bhavani Sre is playing the female lead.
