'Chiyaan' Vikram is celebrating his birthday on Wednesday, April 17, and fans were already treated to an action-packed tribute video from his next big film, Thangalaan, earlier in the day. The National Award-winning actor's fans are now in for yet another big treat as the much-awaited title of Chiyaan 62 to be directed by S. U. Arun Kumar of Chithha (2023) fame has now been announced. With production on Chiyaan 62 set to kick off this month, the makers have now revealed the title of the Vikram-starrer as Veera Dheera Sooran in a special title teaser.
The Veera Dheera Sooran title teaser starts off with a bunch of henchmen planning an attack as an act of revenge after one of them loses an ear. We next see one of them approach a small shop while communicating over the phone about his movements. The action teaser then shows an individual inside the shop hurriedly assembling different parts of a rifle gun before revealing himself to be Vikram. The Veera Dheera Sooran title teaser then jumps into full on action mode where Vikram is shown firing at the person who earlier lost an ear and once again being shot at and this time injuring his other ear in the shootout. The glimpse ends with Vikram asking a customer at his shop about her purchase, who is seen shell-shocked at the turn of events.
The buzz surrounding Veera Dheera Sooran has been huge ever since its announcement was made in an action-packed video last year. The glimpse gave viewers a sneak peek into what to expect with the film and left many excited considering Vikram is joining hands with director S U Arun Kumar, who impressed everyone with Chithha. Veera Dheera Sooran will feature Vikram sharing screen space with leading Tamil star and filmmaker SJ Suryah, Sarpatta Parambarai heroine Dushara Vijayan, and acclaimed Malayalam actor Suraj Venjaramoodu, while the songs and the background score are being composed by National Award winner G. V. Prakash Kumar, who is expected to deliver chart-topping hits once again.
