Today is June 27, and as already announced, actress Vanitha Vijayakumar got hitched to the love of her life, Peter Paul. The wedding took place at Vanitha’s house in Chennai and the event happened as a lowkey affair in the presence of selective guests. The pictures from the wedding event have started to do rounds on social media and it has already gone viral among the fans. Going by the pictures, it looks like the wedding happened as per the Christian tradition. Vanitha looked pretty in a white wedding gown, while Peter Paul was seen wearing a classy black blazer. The wedding happened, adhering to the Government guidelines. Notably, today happens to be the wedding anniversary of Vanitha's mother Manjula and actor Vijayakumar and as a special sentiment, Vanitha entered wedlock on the same date.

After the wedding, Vanitha, Peter Paul and Vanitha’s two daughters cut a cake together and celebrated the happy event. Also, Vanitha was captured kissing Peter Paul after the wedding and the picture is surely going to garner some good attention on the social media. While looking at the pictures, it looks like no one from the Bigg Boss family was seen at the wedding, but it might be due to the lockdown restrictions and we are sure Vanitha’s friends are going to be visiting her in the coming days. Vanitha met Peter Paul during the end of last year when the latter approached her to play the antagonist in his debut directorial movie. The meeting transformed into a friendship and during the course of these months, they got close and understood the love for each other. Vanitha, who made her silver screen debut with Thalapathy Vijay’s Chandralekha, was known for her controversial incidents on the personal front. However, she got an image makeover after participating in the third season of the widely popular Bigg Boss.
