Ajith is trying his hand at a social drama in Nerkonda Paarvai, which is so very relevant to society right now. It is the official remake of the Bollywood superhit film Pink but the makers have made a few changes to suit the Tamil audiences. Boney Kapoor, who is bankrolling the venture, just released the first single from the film which has been titled ‘Vaanil Irul.’ It is such a beautiful soulful melody that will be in your playlist for a long time.

Apart from Ajith Kumar, Shraddha Srinath, Abhirami Venkatachalam and Andrea Tariang are playing the other lead characters. Rangaraj Pandey and Adhik Ravichandran will also play pivotal roles in this movie. Nirav Shah is NKP's cinematographer while Yuvan is scoring the music.
