Vaanam Paartha Seemaiyile

The shooting for young�Ashok’s upcoming Vaanam Paartha Seemaiyile is progressing rapidly. Ashok (of Pidichirukku and Murugan fame) is�banking on this film with a beautiful story set in a village backdrop. Directed by J.P. Azhagar, Vaanam… will dispel the wrong notion that today’s youth have about courage; for some, courage is about carrying out society’s blind traditions successfully; for others, it is all about�performing new absurd tasks chalked out by their peers! The film will serve as an eye-opener for today’s youth.

Director J.P. Azhagar has taken great care that Vaanam… does not end up being�just preachy and�didactic. Though it has a good message, the film never compromises on commercial elements, including glamour. Priyanka, who�grabbed the limelight in Veyyil, is the heroine with quite a lot of glamour. Plus you will get to see Ashok and Priyanka’s scintillating onscreen chemistry.

Vijay Kumar plays a prominent role in the film. Kanja Karuppu provides comic relief. Music is by Srikanth Deva. Amrutha Durairaj produces this film for Pyramid Saimira. Overall, the film has all that today’s youth expects – good story, romance, glamour, comedy, action and a big banner.
