She recently played the princess of the Chola Empire Kundhavai in the film Ponniyin Selvan: 2. The next big female-centric film of the actress after Raangi, which was released last year, is a film titled The Road. The makers of the film, AAA Cinemaa have released an exciting new making video in celebration of the birthday of the actress. The making video shows the actress in a no makeup look and shows that most part of the film happen on road with action sequences that happen on road. The film also has the caption revenge in 472 km and shows some intense shots where the actress stabs someone.

The Road also has Sarpatta Pramabarai fame Shabeer Kallarakkal, Cook With Comali fame Santhosh Prathap, Mia George, M.S. Bhaskar, Vela Ramamoorthy and others in important roles.
