Having started her career in 1950, Susheela went on to rule the roost in playback singing across almost all the language industries in the country! She has sung for Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, Sanskrit, Bengali, Oriya, Tulu, Badaga and even Sinhalese songs. With 5 National Awards, 11 State Awards and over hundreds of other awards, P.
