'Thalapathy' Vijay's Beast released in theatres two weeks back took a thunderous opening at the box office and has brought in the moolah for blockbuster production banner Sun Pictures. Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar with music by 'Rockstar' Anirudh Ravichander, the mass action entertainer featured youth sensation Pooja Hegde, who has made a comeback to Tamil cinema after more than a decade when she made her acting debut in Mysskin's Mugamoodi. With Beast still witnessing a strong audience turnout in theatres, Sun Pictures has now released a making video, which gives fans a glimpse into the behind-the-scenes action, with director Nelson sharing interesting details during the production, while also shelling out details about his work experience with Vijay. 

In the Beast making video, we see BTS footage of the shopping mall set, including Vijay in the action sequence, followed by him and Pooja Hegde tapping their feet in the 'Arabic Kuthu' and 'Jolly O Gymkhana' songs. Art director DRK Kiran shares his experience about the building of the shopping mall set and the pre-visualization process undertaken for the final output. Director Nelson and the stunt choreographer duo Anbariv also delve deep into the fight scenes that were shot in Beast, including the one in Georgia where Vijay takes down a terrorist outfit, with cinematographer Manoj Pramahamsa also giving fans an insight into the manner in which they were filmed.
