Ajith’s Nerkonda Paarvai trailer released a few days back set social networking forums on fire showing the superstar as a lawyer taking to the courtroom and stepping up for truth and justice. An official remake of the smash hit Bollywood film, Pink, which had Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu in the lead roles, Nerkonda Paarvai directed by H. Vinoth has a diverse ensemble cast, which includes actress Abhirami Venkatachalam reprising the role played by Kirti Kulhari in the Hindi version. With the Tamil version of the film announced to hit screens on August 10, there are now news reports doing the rounds across social networking forums stating Abhirami Venkatachalam will be participating as a contestant in the upcoming third season of Bigg Boss, premiering on June 23.

The list of 16 candidates appearing on Bigg Boss 3 is yet to be revealed and it will be known then if indeed Abhirami Venkatachalam is participating as a contestant. The first two seasons of the hit reality show went on to become huge successes making the people who appeared in the show household names across Tamil Nadu. There is massive excitement for the third season with actor turned politician Kamal Haasan returning to serve as the host of the show.
Bayview Projects LLP’s Nerkonda Paarvai has created quite a lot of curiosity among fans as it has been stated by director H. Vinoth and producer Boney Kapoor that the story from Pink has been completely retained with a few additional new and original inputs among which was the fight sequence that was teased towards the end of the film’s trailer. A Yuvan Shankar Raja musical, the film includes four tracks among which are two songs and two theme tracks with Vidya Balan playing the role of Ajith’s wife, Shraddha Srinath, Arjun Chidambaram, Andrea Tariang, Adhik Ravichandran, Ashwin Rao, Rangaraj Pandey, KK Menon, Kalki Koechlin among others in important supporting roles.
Promotions have already begun for Nerkonda Paarvai with producer Boney Kapoor revealing the film’s story was the last that his late wife and actress Sridevi had heard. Despite over 50 days remaining for the film’s release, the hype is already huge among Ajith’s fans, who are quite happy to see the superstar to take on a role that will allow him to display his exemplary acting skills once again.
