Expectations for 'Chiyaan' Vikram’s Saamy Square have been sky-high ever since the moment the film was announced.
Being directed by Hari under the Thameens Films banner with music by Devi Sri Prasad, the film’s motion poster was unveiled recently to a rousing reception not long back.
There was a slight disappointment for fans after the launch of the film’s trailer was postponed a couple of days back on May 26 owing to the tragic events that took place at Tuticorin recently.
That being said, production is still ongoing in Saamy Square and it is now being reported the film’s lead stars, Vikram and Keerthy Suresh will be heading along with the team to Europe for a song shoot in the coming days.
Furthermore, it is believed production on Saamy 2 is nearing a close after which we can expect director Hari to sit down full-fledged to wrap up the post-production duties.
National Award-winning actor Bobby Simha will be joined by John Vijay and OAK Sundar to play the antagonists in the sequel to Saamy along with Soori providing the comedic relief.
