Tamil serial actor Shree Ganesh and others rescued from a massive fire accident in T Nagar!

Earlier today (February 6), popular Tamil serial actor Shree Kumar Ganesh was trapped in a fire accident that took place at a complex in Pondy Bazaar, T Nagar. Shree and his family are said to have gone for shopping at Rainbow Arcade, a commercial complex, located in Pondy Bazaar, T Nagar. Around 11 - 11.30 AM in the morning, the fire broke out from a dressing store on the 1st floor of the complex due to an electric short circuit. The fire instantly spread to the other shops that were in the complex, including that of a jewellery shop and a bank. Shree and his family were on the 3rd floor of the complex.
The Firefighters and Police officials safely rescued people from the building thereby avoiding huge chaos. Shree Kumar, talking to the media, informed that he and 70 other people were rescued safely from the third floor of the building and assured that no one was injured or hurt by the fire accident. He also added that many people including him who were trapped in the fire accident had difficulties in breathing, but were fortunately rescued by the firefighters and Police in a matter of few minutes. The fire was controlled with 4 fire vehicles with extensive efforts from the firefighters.
According to reports, the Mambalam Police Station has filed a case on this unexpected fire accident and the investigations regarding the same have begun. For the uninformed, Shree Kumar Ganesh is a popular Tamil serial actor who happens to be the son of veteran Tamil music director Ganesh (of Shankar - Ganesh). Shree Kumar is best known for his performances in notable serials like Anandham, Ahalya, Uravugal, Bommalattam, Naanal, Pillai Nila, Thalayanai Pookal, Devathayai Kanden, Yaaradi Nee Mohini, and more.
Shree Kumar has also acted in brief roles in movies like Bambara Kannaley, Saroja, Thalapathy Vijay's Theri, RK Nagar, Kasada Thapara, and more.
