Tamannaah Bhatia is a well-established actress in the film industry now with several hits to her credit in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi films. She is known for her work in movies like Paiyaa, Veeram, 100% Love, the Baahubali franchise, Entertainment, among others. She has also appeared in the web series November Story. She is currently extremely occupied with a couple of her movies awaiting release. But she does not let that stop her as she has already started filming for another movie. She has signed up to play the lead in one of the finest filmmakers of the Bollywood industry, Madhur Bhandarkar. They are to collaborate together for the film titled "Babli Bouncer".

Madhur Bhandarkar took to Twitter to make this exciting announcement. He tweeted "My 15th film. One more unique story to be told. Welcome to the unseen world of Bouncers. After giving us several films of quality content like Fashion, Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji, Calendar Girls, etc., director Madhur Bhandarkar now comes forth to bestow upon us his 15th film and he couldn't have picked a better actress. This upcoming movie is said to be a comedy drama and has got all the fans very excited. Tamannaah will be seen playing the role of a female bouncer in a male-dominated area. Tamannaah has already started preparing for the movie in advance to attain an athletic physique to get into shape to suit her character.

Tamannaah also took this news but announced it on Instagram to update her fans of this news. She posted "Ghana intezaar kiya hai iss din ka. Jab se @imbhandarkar ne Babli bouncer ke bare mein bataya, Mein toh Babli hi banngi! Aaj se shoot shuru! #FoxStarStudios @foxstarhindi @jungleepictures". The movie will be released by the end of this year in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.

Tamannaah was last seen in Nagashekar's Gurthunda Seethakalam starring alongside Satyadev Kancharana. Her upcoming films include F3: Fun and Frustration and That is Mahalakshmi which is a Telugu remake of the 2013 Hindi comedy drama Queen, directed by Vikas Bahl.
