Yash’s KGF: Chapter 2 is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated films of this year. But with the look of things, the film might very well be postponed to next year if the lockdown continues for a couple of months. We hope things get better and we can see some action on screen very soon. After the huge success of the first film KGF Chapter 1, the makers decided to treat the fans with the sequel and the post-production work for the same has been progressing well even during the lockdown phase. Directed by Prashanth Neel the film stars Sirinidhi Shetty, Anant Nag, Saran Shakthi and Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt. KGF: Chapter 2 is made on a huge budget and it will pick up from where the first film ended.

According to the latest report from Sandalwood, Yash is likely to team up with Kannada director Narthan for his next. It must be noted that Narthan is currently working on the Tamil remake of his Kannada film Mufti. The Tamil version will have Simbu and Gautham Karthick in the lead roles. It is also speculated that Tamannaah has been approached to play the female lead in this Kannada film. We will have to wait for the official confirmation from the makers.
