The poster does not reveal the full look of the actor, as it shows just a back shot of the character played by Suriya in the film entering a place on horseback. It looks like there is a calamity or a battle in the background, as it shows smoke clouds from a fire and Trebuchets. The poster also shows many people awaiting the arrival of the warrior on horseback. This intriguing poster was shared with the caption, "A warrior like no other! A King like none other".

The first poster announcing a glimpse of the film was shared yesterday, and it became a topic of discussion on social media. The film is helmed by director Siruthai Siva, who previously made the film Annatthe with ‘Superstar' Rajinikanth. There is also huge speculations that popular actor Natraj, aka Natty, of Sathuranga Vettai and Karnan fame, is playing a prominent role in the film.
Kanguva has created huge excitement among fans and movie buffs for the announcement. It is because it was announced as the next project for the actor after the hit films Soorarai Pottru and Jai Bhim and his special cameo appearance in the film Vikram. Actor Suriya is set to share screen space with Disha Patani for the first time in the film, which will have songs and a background score by Devi Sri Prasad. The film Is produced by K.E. Gnanavelraja under the banner Studio Green with the production house UV Creations. As the makers have not revealed much about the cast and crew of the film, now, all eyes are on the release of Glimpse on July 23.
