As we all know, the coronavirus has affected our lives badly and mankind is experiencing some highly challenging days. India is on a national lockdown until April 14 and if latest reports are to be believed, there are chances of the lockdown getting extended until the month end. People have been requested to stay indoors and maintain social distancing to contain the spread of the virus. To fight the pandemic financially, both Central and State Governments had requested the citizens to make their donations according to each one’s financial status and wealth.

Not only people, even renowned companies and organisations nationwide came forward with their donations to help the country bounce back. On that note, Sun TV Network has made a huge donation of Rs 10 crores towards Corona relief measures. It is yet to be clearly known if this donation is made towards the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister’s Relief Fund or PM - CARES relief fund.
