In a grand event that was held on Thursday evening, the flamboyant star was announced to be the new face of the OTT platform, with many leading Tamil film industry personalities gracing the occasion. aha Tamil, which is owned by Telugu superstar Allu Arjun's father Allu Aravind, also gave fans a glimpse into Simbu's role with the streaming service by releasing a special promo that has him playing an auto driver counseling a young couple at odds. In the new aha Tamil promo, we see STR informing viewers that they can avail watching movies and web series at the cost of Re. 1 per day.
