Sontha Vooru on March 21
Director P. Sunil Kumar Reddy's upcoming Raja-Theertha starrer Sontha Vooru, an emotional family drama produced jointly by Y. Ravindrababu and Kishori Basireddy under the banner of Sravya Films, will be released on March 21.
Set in a rural backdrop, the film revolves around an innocent villager, played by Raja. The director claims that Sontha Vooru will surely make viewers go nostalgic about their respective native places. The film looks at how life is changing in villages and how modernization is affecting everyone.
Adlabs Films USA, owned by Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group, has already made an agreement with Hyderabad-based Sravya Films to distribute Sontha Vooru in USA.
Also in the cast are Tanikella Bharani, Jayaprakash Reddy, Jeeva, M.S. Narayana, Vijayachander, Rallapalli, Swati, Alapati Lakshmi and others. L.B. Sriram has penned the story after a long gap, besides playing a key role. Camera is by Sabu James and music is by Saketh Sairam. Mouli handles art, while Gandham Nagaraju deals with script assistance.
