The hilarious trailer of Sonna Puriyathu is already a rage on the internet, thanks to Shiva's perfect comedy timings. The director has assured that the film will have more comedy than romance in the screenplay. This film, directed by debutant Krishnan Jayaraj, has Vasundhara Kashyap (of Peraanmai and Thenmerkku Parava Kaatru fame) as the leading lady. The starcast also includes Manobala, Sam Anderson, Gangai Amaran and Aarthi. Yathish Mahadev is the music director.
Studio Green has acquired the release rights and the film will hit screens on July 26.
The Plot: In the film, the former RJ plays the role of a dubbing artist, who wants to stay single throughout his life as he feels that marriage will take away the freedom from him. But situation goes out-of-control and he is pushed towards marriage, so will he tie the knot or not is the rest of the story.
