Earlier this year, actor Sivakarthikeyan had announced he was turning a producer by launching his own banner, Sivakarthikeyan Productions.
Furthermore, it was revealed Sivakarthikeyan Productions would be making its first venture with lyricist turned singer turned actor Arunraja Kamaraja making his directorial debut on the film titled Kanaa, with women’s cricket as the theme.
Meanwhile, Kanaa starring Aishwarya Rajesh in the lead role alongside veteran actor Sathyaraj has now created world history for being the first film in the world to talk about women’s cricket. This news will no doubt come as a big encouragement for the entire Kanaa team, who are looking to wrap production on the sports drama before the year draws to a close.
