Legendary singer, Asha Bhosle has been having a turbulent year right from the very beginning. She has been going through a difficult phase which all started with the sudden demise of her sister Lata Mangeshkar on 6 February 2022. The pain of losing one of the most important people in her life was clearly made visible to Asha's eyes. And now, recently, the legendary singer's son, Anand is not doing well as he has been rushed to the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) in Dubai.

The singer's son, Anand Bhosle, had collapsed and sustained some injuries. As a result, he was earlier admitted to the ICU earlier but has now been shifted to a normal room. According to certain reports, the reason behind Anand's collapse was due to dizziness. The incident has got the Mangeshkars and Bhosles shuddering in fright for Anand. The families have been in constant touch contact with the respective authorities and family members in Dubai almost every day. 

According to some reports, the singer was in Dubai at the time of the incident. Asha Bhosle has been frequently visiting the hospital to meet Anand and has therefore taken the decision to extend her stay and be with her son who is currently recovering at this very moment. Given the state of things, there have been no reports as to know when the two will be returning home.

For the unversed, Anand is Asha’s second son. She had another son named Hemant whom she lost to cancer and her daughter Varsha died in 2012. Asha had these three children with her first husband Ganpatrao Bhosle. Later she went on to marry legendary music director RD Burman who is commonly known as the "Music Scientist" and the "King of Bollywood Music".
