Silambarasan TR's Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu is set for its grand theatrical release on September 15 and the fans are eagerly looking forward to the d-day. The grand audio and trailer launch event took place recently in the presence of more than 15000 fans and it turned out to be one of the biggest ever events in the history of Tamil cinema. The entire album of VTK, composed by A.R.Rahman was officially released at the event and the songs instantly found a place on the playlists of the fans and music lovers. A.R.Rahman has delivered a brilliant album that is soulful and touching in all aspects and the songs have already become popular among the masses.

That being said, the makers have now released the official lyric video of the recently released song, 'Mallipoo', much to the delight of the fans. This is one beautiful track that hits you on the right notes, due credits to the exceptional rendition of Madhusree, whose voice does the trick. Thamarai's lyrics bring out the emotions quite effectively, complimenting Rahman's tunes. Apart from the main leads, the film has Radikaa Sarathkumar, Appukutty, Neeraj Madhav, Siddique, and others in important roles.
