Salaar will open in cinemas worldwide on September 28 and is currently one of the biggest ventures in production. The Telugu film being produced by Vijay Kiragandur is also expected to come out as a pan-Indian release later this year in other languages, with the promotional material unveiled so far receiving a phenomenal response from fans. Shruti Haasan is said to be playing an integral role in the proceedings of Salaar and it will be interesting to witness her in action alongside Prabhas, who has been a leading name in Indian cinema since the staggering success of his Baahubali films.
Apart from Prabhas and Shruti Haasan, Salaar also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran as Vardharaja Mannaar and Jagapathi Babu as Raja Mannaar and are reportedly playing the antagonists, while Madhu Guruswamy, Easwari Rao, and Sriya Reddy are set to appear in pivotal roles. The film is also director Prashanth Neel's first Telugu venture after he made the nationwide blockbuster KGF franchise.
