Shriya, SRK to perform at IPL opening ceremony

South Indian sensation Shriya Saran and Bollywood badshah Shahrukh Khan are all set to rock the stage at the opening ceremony of the Indian Premier League in Chennai this evening.

Shriya, who is currently shooting for Deepa Mehta's Winds of Change (based on Salman Rushdie's novel Midnight's Children) in Sri Lanka, has taken 36 hours leave from the sets to perform in this event. The cricket extravaganza IPL will begin today with the first match between Chennai Superkings and SRK's Kolkata Knight Riders.

Meanwhile, SRK is all excited about his new team KKR team under the captaincy of Gautham Gambhir.
