Leading Telugu star Sharwanand announced on Wednesday, March 6, that he and his wife Rakshitha Reddy have been blessed with their first child, a baby girl. Known best among Tamil cinema audiences for his role in the blockbuster Engeyum Eppodhum (2011), the actor gave a glimpse of his adorable daughter with cute pictures on the occasion of his birthday on social media. Sharing the joyous news on Instagram, Sharwanand revealed that he and wife Rakshitha have named their baby girl as Leela Devi Myneni.
In the first picture, Sharwanand and wife Rakshitha are seen happily looking at their daughter, with the actor writing in the caption, "Thank you everyone for the love and wishes. Saved the best news for last. Entering the new year with my biggest blessing by my side" (sic) The second photo showed the baby girl tugging on to her father's index finger. In the third picture, Rakshitha is seen holding her child's feet and smiling at her, with Sharwanand putting up a red heart emoji in the caption. Congratulatory messages and wishes are pouring in for the happy couple, who got married in a grand wedding ceremony in June 2023 at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
On the work front, Sharwanand made three big announcements on his next three Telugu projects earlier today starting with the title of his 35th film, which he revealed will be called Manamey. The popular actor, who made his Tamil cinema debut in Naalai Namadhe (2009), and appeared in JK Enum Nanbanin Vaazhkai (2015) and Kanam (2022), also unveiled a special poster for the tentatively titled Sharwa 36 in which he will be seen as a motorcycle racer under Sriram Adittya's direction, who is known for Devadas (2018). Sharwanand also went on to drop a poster for Sharwa 37 be directed by Ram Abbaraju of Samajavaragamana (2023) fame, while revealing that it will be a hilarious joy ride.
