Shah Rukh Khan left for the film’s International schedule for Rajkumar Hirani's Dunki immediately after completing the Mumbai schedule. His international schedule had him shoot in London and a month in Budapest, Hungary before coming back to his home city. While shooting have already completed shooting for a large portion of the movie, there have now been new developments in the film's shooting schedule. According to reports from Pinkvilla, it has been confirmed that the remaining portions of the upcoming SRK and Hirani collaboration will be shot in parts of Mumbai, Punjab as well as Dubai.
A source close to this project revealed saying, “Rajkumar Hirani is prepping for the remaining schedules, while simultaneously he has also begun work on the post-production of Dunki. They are yet to decide on the exact date from when they will resume shooting for the film. However, those logistics should be finalised soon". King Khan is currently juggling two films at the same time as the Bollywood superstar is also shooting for Atlee Kumar's highly anticipated film Jawan which will also star Lady Superstar Nayanthara.
Shah Rukh’s Dunki co-star Taapsee Pannu had spoken about her admiration for the actor in a recent interview with Pinkvilla. The actress said, “I have a special admiration, which I don’t know how it gets even bigger than what I have for him. But also because we both hail from the same city, there is a certain affinity that I have towards him also because of that."
On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in a special cameo appearance in Madhavan starrer Rocketry: The Nambi Effect which had released earlier this year. But the last feature-length film that he had starred in was the 2018 film Zero. Nearly after a 4 year hiatus, he will be seen in Jawan and Pathaan.
