Santhanam’s highly delayed Server Sundaram is yet to see the light of day due to financial problems faced by the film’s production house, Kenanya Films. This comedy drama, which mainly deals with food, is directed by debutant Anand Balki. The film features Vaibhavi Shandilya as the female lead and has music scored by Santhosh Narayanan. Earlier this year, the film was scheduled to release on January 31, but later, it was announced to be postponed, paving way for the release of Santhanam’s another film, Dagaalty.

Later, it was said that the film will release on February 14, but that didn’t happen, as well. The last update was that the film will hit the screens on February 21, but going by the latest updates, it looks like even that wouldn’t happen. The film’s director Anand Balki took to Twitter to apologize to his crew and the fans for falsely guiding them with different release dates.

He mentioned that he wasn’t aware of the problems surrounding the film. It must definitely be worrying as a creator and we hope, all the problems get solved as soon as possible. Check out Anand Balki’s tweet below:
