Scarlett Johansson got engaged to Colin Jost, a Saturday Night Live writer and actor, in May 2019 after the couple dated for two years. This is the third marriage for the actress, who was previously married to Canadian actor Ryan Reynolds (2008-11) and French journalist Romain Dauriac (2014-17). She has a six-year old daughter named Rose Dorothy Dauriac with the journalist.

On the professional front, Scarlett Johansson awaits the release of her highly-anticipated Marvel Studios film, Black Widow, which will see her reprising the role of Natasha Romanoff. Fans will know that her character got killed off in last year's Avengers: Endgame, which has since gone on to become the highest-grossing film of all-time in the world. Black Widow's release has already been pushed a few times due to the coronavirus pandemic and is now scheduled to come out in theatres in May 2021. She is also reprising her role as Ash, a teenage crested porcupine punk rocker in Sing 2, scheduled to be released on December 22, 2021. The upcoming computer-animated musical comedy film is the sequel to the 2016 hit, Sing, which also included a voice cast featuring names like Matthew McConaughey, Reese Witherspoon, Seth MacFarlanel, John C. Reilly, Nick Kroll, Taron Egerton and Tori Kelly.

Colin Jost, on the other hand, earlier this year in July, released his memoir - A Very Punchable Face: A Memoir. He is also part of the cast in the live-action/animated comedy film Tom and Jerry, set to be released on March 5, 2021.
