Sarvam releasing this month
Director Vishnuvardhan has announced that Sarvam, starring Arya and Trisha in the lead, will release by the end of this month. The director expressed his happiness about how the film has turned out and confidence about its performance at the box office.
Describing Sarvam as a complete entertainer, different from what Kollywood audiences are used to, Vishnu added that he is not at all interested in making trite and run-of-the-mill movies. The director also stated that Sarvam will be long remembered in Kollywood as one of the best romantic thrillers.
Sarvam’s story in a nutshell: Sometimes life undergoes a complete (sarvam) change due to some unexpected actions -- that is the theme ofSarvam. The film traces the lives of a young couple (Arya and Trisha) and a father-son (Indrajith and Master Rohan) trying to escape from a menacing man with ulterior motives (J.D. Chakravarthy). To know how their lives affect each other and what happens in the end, you have to watch the movie.
Vishnu has woven a simple story and an attractive screenplay around these five central characters, making every frame (in the second half) as thrilling as possible. The same crew – cinematographer Nirav Shah, editor Sreekar Prasad, music director Yuvanshankar Raja – that worked in Billa has worked for Sarvam, making it yet another audio-visual treat.
Arya plays an architect and Trisha, a child psychiatrist; their interactions, onscreen chemistry, and acting have been immensely appreciated by insiders, who claim they will become one of the celebrated onscreen pairs in Tamil cinema after the release of Sarvam.
