Saranya Mohan turns ghost for Arundhati Vettai

Ghost stories are ruling the film industry so much that it can be called as the flavor of the season. The next movie in line in this genre is Arundhati Vettai. Saranya Mohan plays the ghost in the film, while Vineeth and Manoj K Jayan play pivotal roles. The Malayalam blockbuster Chemistry is being released as Arundhati Vettai in Tamil. This film has been produced by Mithu Movies Jayaram along with Vel Murugan of Vel Films.
Arundhati Vettai is based on the true story of a high school student. The film addresses molestation and rape of young girls, which is currently one of the biggest crimes happening in the country. Vineeth, who works in the respectful job as a school teacher, rapes young school children and kills them. The story revolves around how one of those girls’ ghost enters Saranya Mohan’s body to take revenge on Vineeth and everyone associated with him. Director Viji Thampi has made the film into a spine-chilling horror movie. Arundhati Vettai will hit the screens on January 4.
