Bollywood actors Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra made their acting debuts together in the 2012 romantic action film, Ishaqzaade, with praises coming their way for their power-packed and intense performances after which they were cast in the romantic comedy, Namaste England, in 2018. Now, the popular stars are back for their third outing and this time in the upcoming film, Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar, directed by Dibakar Banerjee, and is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release later this month on the 20th.

Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar is also director Dibakar Banerjee's big comeback after his 2015 film, Titli, while also directing one among the four segments in the 2018 anthology film, Lust Stories. Produced under the DBF banner with the reputed Yash Raj Films handling the distribution, the forthcoming black comedy film has music composed by Anu Malik with cinematography by Anil Mehta while Bakul Baljeet Matiyani and Paramita Ghosh have handled the cuts on the editing front. With the film's promotions picking up in light of the theatrical release, the makers have now unveiled an interesting and quirky trailer for Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar, which also has plenty of action infused as well.

Apart from Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra leading the cast, Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar also includes Pankaj Tripathi, Archana Puran Singh, Kanwaljeet Singh, Sheeba Chaddha, Ananya Khare, Sanjay Mishra, Raghubir Yadav, Neena Gupta, Jaideep Ahlawat, Amrita Puri, Rahul Kumar, Karan Singh Chhabra among others forming the supporting cast.
