Tollywood star Nandamuri Balakrishna will be seen as a cop avatar in his upcoming film titled Ruler that is directed by KS Ravikumar. Vedhika and Sonal Chauhan play the lady leads in the film as names like Prakash Raj, Jayasudha, Bhumika Chawla, Sayaji Shinde, Parag Tyagi, Nagineedu and Raghu Babu will be seen in other important roles. The story is penned by Paruchuri Murali. The action entertainer film is produced by C Kalyan under CK Entertainments and Happy Movies banners. Music for Ruler is composed by Chirantan Bhatt and the cinematography is handled by Ram Prasad.
